Please be at the pickup location 10 min before the scheduled departure time. Our drivers try to be at the pickup zone exactly at the scheduled pickup time however, due to heavy traffic at LAX airport, it may take up to 10 min for our van to drive up to Terminal 3 from the airport entry.
LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LAX)
Due to temporary construction happening at this time in LAX, we will be using Terminal 3 for the pickup.

The commercial pickup zone is located at the lower deck (arrivals) at Terminal 3, right next to Tom Bradley International Terminal (also called Terminal B/TBIT). It is a 5-minute walk and the waiting area is located between columns 3F and 3G.
Please be at the pickup location 10 min before your trip. Los Angeles has very strict regulations and they allow limited time for passengers to board. Therefore we won’t be able to wait for customers who are not present at the scheduled departure time.
It may take up even to 10 min for our van to drive up to Terminal 3 from the entry due to heavy traffic at the airport, especially around holidays.

First, please make sure that you are at the lower level, the one designated for flight arrivals.
Due to construction at LAX, currently there is no commercial pickup zone at Tom Bradley International Terminal. Please go to Terminal 3, .It is approximately 5 minutes walk.
At Terminal 3, make sure that you are right between columns 3F and 3G. Wait right next to the ORANGE "Share Rides" signs between 3F and 3G. Airport will be busy so make sure to be at the right place 10 min before departure.
Please be sure to be at the pickup zone 10 min before departure. LAX allows only 1 minute for passenger loading, therefore we won't be able to wait for not present passengers.
Don't stress if we are not there exactly on time, it may take up to 10 minutes for our van to drive up to Terminal 3 from the entrance.
At Terminal 3 look for this orange sign ‘shared rides’ for vans, charter, and buses. The pickup zone is located between columns 3F and 3G.
