The commercial pickup zone is located at the lower deck (arrivals) at Terminal B/ TBIT (Tom Bradley International Terminal). It is a 3-minute walk from baggage claim, and the waiting area is located between orange columns B9 and B10.
Please be at the pickup location 10 min before your trip. Los Angeles has very strict regulations, and they allow a limited time for passengers to board. Therefore, we won’t be able to wait for customers who are not present at the scheduled departure time.
It may take up to 10 min for our van to drive up to Terminal B from the entry due to heavy traffic at the airport, especially around holidays.

First, please make sure that you are at the lower level, the one designated for flight arrivals.
The commercial pickup zone is located at Terminal B / TBIT (Tom Bradley International Terminal). It is a 3-minute walk from baggage claim.
At Terminal B, make sure that you are right between columns B9 and B10. Wait right next to the ORANGE "Share Rides" signs between B9 and B10. The airport will be busy, so make sure to be at the right place 10 min before departure.
Please be sure to be at the pickup zone 10 min before departure. LAX allows only 1 minute for passenger loading, therefore we won't be able to wait for not present passengers.
Don't stress if we are not there exactly on time, it may take up to 10 minutes for our van to drive up to Terminal 3 from the entrance.
At Terminal B, look for this orange sign ‘shared rides’ for vans, charter, and buses. The pickup zone is located between columns B9 and B10 .
