NOTICE

If you are flying internationally, we recommend leaving at least 1 hour/1.5 hours from your flight arrival to LINQ shuttle pickup time to allow reasonable time for customs and baggage claim.

Note: As of now, each ticket has a $4.13 surcharge to help us to balance the extended fuel charges in CA.

Modify your booking

Prior to your departure time, all tickets may be modified up to 48 hours before the trip to another scheduled trip provided there are seats available. Modifications can be made here or by clicking on the link in your confirmation email that will take you to the modification page.

MODIFY YOUR TRIP

Cancel your booking

Life happens, and plans change! If you need to cancel your reservation, you can contact us directly via email or phone. Reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to departure will be given an 85% refund (the 15% going towards a credit card, cancellation, and Adam’s & Zuza’s headache fees). Cancelations within 48 hours of departure time are not possible and the fare will be forfeited. No-shows are also not refundable or transferable.

We recommend at least 1 hour from the airplane arrival time for the LINQ shuttle departure to allow sufficient time to board the shuttle. If a passenger doesn't leave enough time from the airplane arrival to the shuttle departure, it is the passenger's responsibility to manage to get to the shuttle on time.

The “no-show policy" applies - if you do not board your shuttle, your entire reservation from that point will be canceled and no refund will apply. Subject to applicable cancellation policies, all fares are non-refundable and non-changeable after departure. Passengers who “no show” or do not cancel prior to departure forfeit the entire value of their “no show” segment. This policy applies to tickets paid in USD.

Flight Delays

If your flight is delayed by more than 15 minutes or canceled causing you to miss Linq shuttle, you may reach out to us at [email protected] or call at +1 (323) 776-5467 to reschedule or receive a travel voucher.

The earlier you will let us know about the delay the better chance that we will have availability on the next available shuttle and will allow us to try to resell the ticket to not drive with an empty seat and help to regain some of the money to cover trip expenses.

NOTICE

For dropped off at LAX please let us know which Terminal you need to be dropped off at and we will do so. However, we always stop at the International Terminal as it is the most common destination for our travelers.

Linq Shuttle schedule is based on our everyday experience, and average commute time. However, Southern California traffic and unforeseen circumstances can affect the commute time, so we ask that everyone plan accordingly when purchasing their tickets.

Bag/ Luggage Policy

Each ticket includes one (1) person item,  one (1) carry-on, and one (1) check-in luggage.

You can add up to three (3) check-in luggage during the booking process. If you need to bring more than 3 check-in suitcases per person please contact us.

If you need to add an extra bag, after you already purchased a ticket, please reach out to us at [email protected] and/ or call +1 (323)776-5467. Please, let us know as soon as possible reservation to ensure enough room on the van for all the luggage, as the van is being assigned based on the number of suitcases.

If you plan to travel with oversized or overweight pieces of baggage, please contact us to ensure we have enough space on your desired shuttle. This may include items such as surfboards, golf clubs, skis, instruments, and other oversized items. Fees apply for all oversized or overweight pieces of baggage or excess luggage and are subject to availability. Anything over 50 lbs (22kg) would be subject to an overweight charge of $15.

Luggage Terms & Conditions

Each passenger is allowed one (1) check-in luggage, one (1) carry-on bag plus one (1) small personal item. Luggage should not exceed 50 lbs (22kg) and the length + height + width should not exceed 62 inches. Anything over 62 inches (l + w + h) would be considered oversized and subject to a $15 charge.

Oversized luggage must be placed in the appropriate shuttle stowage compartment and as directed by our staff. The small personal item should fit under the seat in front of you. Fees apply for all oversized or overweight pieces of baggage or excess luggage and are subject to availability. Undeclared luggage will be charged an additional penalty or denied based on space available. LAX Linq will not issue passengers a refund or any compensation if they are unable to use the service as a result of excess or undeclared luggage.

Wheelchairs used by passengers are carried free of charge. We allow bicycles in boxes on our shuttles for a fee of $45.

Weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, or any illegal substance are not permitted on board our shuttles, including in passenger luggage.

All luggage should be locked and labeled. LAX Linq is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage, or for any items left on the shuttle at the end of your service. It is travelers’ responsibility to collect their baggage and personal items at the end of the service. Passengers may contact Linq to report missing items. Unclaimed lost and found items collected by LAX Linq will be donated to charity two (2) weeks after the date of collection regardless of contact from the owner.

You can add any of these common extras to your reservation. Please note that we only allow lightweight surfboard bags with 1 (one) surfboard inside.

Child Seats

$5 Fee

If you are traveling with your child and need us to provide a child seat for your child, you can add this request to your booking for $5, and our driver will bring it with them for your trip to ensure safe transportation.

Traveling with Pets

Certified service animals are welcome onboard The LAX Linq and are free of charge. If possible, your service animal should be kept in a carrier at all times in the space in front of your seat. Please note ADA regulations define service animals as working animals, not pets. This includes emotional support animals, which do not qualify as service animals under ADA guidelines. Unfortunately, only certified service animals are allowed onboard The Jet at this time.

Wheelchairs

Lost & Found

If you think you left something on the bus please let us know as soon as possible by call/whatsApp at +1(323)776-5467 or email at [email protected].
