Our Loyalty Club is like a coffee punch card (without the coffee, or the card, or the punches), and it allows you to build up points by simply booking tickets with us! Some people are non-committal, so there is no commitment or cost to join our Loyalty Club. By booking a ticket with us, you are automatically enrolled in our club (rewards program).

To purchase a one-way ticket using points, you will need to have 567 points in your account. I know that seems like a lot of points buuuuut as the French say: "Au contraire, my man". See, you earn 1 point for each dollar you spend. And thus, you are able to save up enough points for a free trip after purchasing 9 trips on our shuttle. Points are earned after your trip has been completed. Every dollar you spend brings you closer to earning your free trip.

Points are valued at a rate of 9 points = 1 USD. Which is to say that one point with the LAX Linq Loyalty Club is worth about the same as the “Norwegian Krone” and twice as good as the “South African Rand”. You can either apply these points to a trip for a discounted rate or save up and redeem them for a free trip.

Points do not expire as long as you have made a purchase within 1000 days. Points are NOT transferable, so don’t even THINK about it.

To check your points, sign in to your account. Who knows, maybe you’ve ridden with us enough to warrant a free trip? Once signed in, check your LAX Linq Club points by clicking the profile icon, then click on the tab LAX Linq Loyalty Club. Once there, you will see your total points accumulated, the expiration of your points, and your loyalty number.
