If your flight is delayed by more than 15 minutes or canceled — causing you to miss your shuttle — reach out to us tbefore your airplane takes off, and we'll reschedule you onto the next available shuttle or issue a travel voucher.

Each ticket includes 1 personal item, 1 carry-on, and 1 check-in bag — all free of charge.

Extra & Oversized Baggage
An additional bag is $15 — you can add it during booking. Oversized items (surfboards, skis, golf clubs, snowboards) are $30 each and subject to availability. Bicycles in boxes are accepted for $45. Bags over 50 lbs incur an extra $15 overweight charge. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with oversized items so we can ensure space on your shuttle.

Each passenger is allowed one (1) small personal item, one (1) carry-on, and one (1) check-in bag. Bags weighing over 50 lbs (23 kg) and up to 75 lbs (34 kg) are considered overweight and subject to a $15 surcharge. Bags over 75 lbs are not accepted.
Luggage must be placed in the appropriate stowage compartment as directed by staff. Undeclared luggage will be charged a penalty or denied based on available space. LAX LINQ will not issue refunds if service cannot be used due to excess or undeclared luggage.
Wheelchairs used by passengers are carried free of charge. Weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, or any illegal substances are not permitted on board, including in passenger luggage. All luggage should be locked and labeled. LAX LINQ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage.
Non-Refundable tickets can be exchanged for a different day/time up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. They cannot be canceled for a refund under any circumstances.
Flexible Class tickets that are canceled 24 hours or more before departure will receive a refund for the base fare ($59 one-way). The remaining balance (the $9 insurance fee) is considered trip protection insurance and is non-refundable. Flexible tickets can also be changed to a different date/time up to 24 hours before departure at no additional cost.
